Vegetarian Menus


All vegetarian menus are made with the very freshest ingredients, including olive or canola oil to ensure the best tasting meals. All meals on this menu are lowfat.

These menus can also be modified for those clients on a special vegetarian diet with the following requirements:

Less than 10% of total calories from fat
No added oils
No seeds, nuts, or olives

Menus can also be tailored to meet other dietary requirements.
